Henry has nearly forty years of experience as a family office and asset management executive and manager in enterprises ranging from start ups to institutions managing multi billion dollar assets. He is a proven business builder, board member and global investor, who has worked with numerous family office groups, including Bass Brothers in the US, Kehrli & Zehnder in Switzerland and the Nan Fung Group in Hong Kong. Currently, Henry is managing direct mandates for private individuals and family offices through Hendale Capital in Hong Kong and is active in a wide range of community, civic and charitable organizations.

Originally from New Zealand, Ashwin has been based in Asia for the last ten years. He is an entrepreneur with extensive management experience in a number of sectors, including in the aviation industry and the family office space. Previously he was the vice chairman at a family office network in Hong Kong, managing their club deal facilitation and due diligence, and leading interns to support various projects. Ashwin is passionate about helping families grow their wealth via safe and sustainable avenues.

Leon has spent nearly two decades as an asset management and investment banking professional in Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and New York. Throughout his professional career, Leon has advised small and large family offices on their portfolio decisions ranging from ETFs to alternative investment vehicles, such as venture capital and private equity mandates. Leon’s past experience includes, Diginex, EIP-CITIC CLSA, BlackRock, and Aristotle Capital. Leon is the founder of Tagus Capital, a UK FCA-regulated Web3 venture capital fund, and Ocean Avenue Partners, a Los Angeles and Hong Kong-based consulting practice catering to technology and financial services companies. Leon is a Los Angeles and Hong Kong resident.
