Henry has nearly forty years of experience as a family office and asset management executive and manager in enterprises ranging from start ups to institutions managing multi-billion dollar assets. He is a proven business builder, board member and global investor, who has worked with numerous family office groups, including Bass Brothers in the US, Kehrli & Zehnder in Switzerland and the Nan Fung Group in Hong Kong.

Currently, Henry is managing direct mandates for private individuals and family offices through Hendale Capital in Hong Kong and is active in a wide range of community, civic and charitable organizations.

Originally from New Zealand, Ashwin has been based in Asia for the last ten years. He is an entrepreneur with extensive management experience in a number of sectors, including in the aviation industry and the family office space. Previously he was the vice chairman at a family office network in Hong Kong, managing their club deal facilitation and due diligence, and leading interns to support various projects.

Chechung has over thirty years of experience in the areas of derivatives, bonds, hedge funds and family office in the US, Europe and Asia. After having worked for Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Bankers Trust and Robert Fleming where he managed multiple risk asset trading books, he set-up Kedge Capital, one of the largest family offices in Europe and restructured its multi-billion legacy portfolio. Prior to joining Hendale, he was the CEO of Axial Partners, a fintech investment management company based in Hong Kong.

He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Boston University.
